Secret Talent ~ Painting.

Helloooo :) I think it's time to share a passion of mine that doesn't involve fashion, beauty or music. A few years ago I used to do art classes. I did them for 5 years of my life. I absolutely love everything about art and crafts but it's very time consuming. I rarely ever find the time to paint anymore. I do it during the week in school but I don't always get to do the painting I want.

I find art so therapeutic and calming. I really want to start painting at home again, hopefully over Summer I'll find the time. It's funny because no one else in my family likes art so we all wonder where I even got this trait but I'll just go with it for now, haha.

Here are some of my paintings that I did over the years.

Spring OOTD ~ Printed Pants and Lace Top.

Hey Guys :)  It was such a nice day the other day which has been very rare recently in Ireland. I couldn't not go out and take a picture of my outfit so here's what I wore going out for dinner with my Mum and my sister, Jen. It's definitely my go-to Spring outfit.

I am obsessed with this outfit for Spring because it's so comfortable but looks dressy. I'm going to wear these printed pants to death this Spring and Summer. You can completely dress them up or down. They were super cheap too.

Feeling A Bit Blahh...

Recently I haven't been feeling the best. The small things have been getting me down and I've been just feeling a bit..blahh.. I guess we all have those days and on these days I can get a bit negative and find it hard to focus on the good things that make me smile.

Music always helps me to stay positive and appreciate the good things. This song helps to lift my spirits and make me realise that I am very fortunate and to stop feeling down. Although it's perfectly fine to feel sad sometimes but that's a whole other can of worms. I love this song because the lyrics are meaningful and I really like how uplifting the melody is. Let me know what you do on your down days.

I also did a  blog post on "Thinking Positive" if you want to read it:

My Favourite High Street Store ~ New Look

Hey Guys, I'm back again :) I am obsessed with shopping as I'm sure most of you are too. My favourite shop is New Look. I just always seem to come out with something. The clothes and accessories are such good quality at a reasonable price.

I love the fact that their products can be so similar to the more pricey brands but obviously much cheaper. I love Topshop and River Island etc but they're not always in my budget so that's why I like New Look so much. It's always keeping up with the newest trends and has such a variety of clothing. It's the perfect shop for most people really. LOVE IT!

Let me know what your favourite shop is.

Review: Vaseline "Spray & Go" Body Moisturiser Aloe Fresh.

This body moisturiser has became my new favourite. I absolutely love everything about this product! It is basically a quick drying spray moisturiser. It makes moisturising my body so much easier and less of a chore. This product soaks into the skin almost immediately without having that sticky feeling. I now moisturise regularly without complaining.

The consistency is very thin making it spread easily. It has a fresh scent that stays on your skin for hours. Aloe Vera is in it which has great skin benefits. My skin just feels so fresh and smooth after using this product. I don't use this on my face because I have my own facial moisturiser but I'm sure it would be great to use on your face because it's so refreshing and cooling.

It sells at €6.49 for a 190ml bottle which is a reasonable price because it lasts ages. The reason it is a spray moisturiser is what makes it different to others ones on the market. Personally, I think because it is a spray is what makes me love it so much.

OOTD ~ My Sweet 16.

Last Thursday I turned 16. Whoop! I just had all my close friends over to my house on the Saturday which was Valentine's night, to celebrate my birthday. We basically watched movies and ate food all night. A typical girly thing to do on Valentine's night, haha!

As we were all just relaxing around the house for a few hours, I chose to wear printed leggings and a jumper. Super comfy but a bit dressy at the same time.

The Best.
Starting with the best looks of the night. This was easy for me to pick

Chrissy Teigen

John Legend's wife Chrissy Teigen looked a million dollars at this years Grammys. The white dress with her tanned skin tone was just perfect, Her makeup and hair was very simple and pretty to compliment the effortlessly stunning look.

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift seems to always look so classy. I really like the ombre and layering effect of this dress. It makes her legs look amazing and long.

Adding the purple shoes was so clever however I think she should have maybe worn purple coloured earrings to bring the look together more. Her makeup and hair was also flawless and pretty. I'm becoming more of a Taylor fan everyday.

Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj's sunning look this year  is a complete transition from the crazy  outfits Nicki used to wear. The black dress made her curvy body look amazing.

Her makeup was flawless with the fluttery lashes and pale lips. The shoes and the swept back hair added a bit of sass and edge to the look which describes Nicki very well.

 Gwen Stefani

Gwen Stefani rocked the red carpet in this classy jumpsuit. Her outfit looked so comfortable to wear and she looked amazing in it.

Her makeup was so fresh and her hair swept back made her face stand out. She really showed how it's done on the red carpet, Madonna should take some tips, haha.

 The Worst.
I think it was pretty clear who's outfits weren't up to scratch.

Joy Villa

I think it's sort of cool that this dress is made from fencing but I don't think it's very appropriate for this event because she's practically naked.  I'd imagine it was pretty cold too, haha. She looked a bit insane to say the least.

 Madonna

Madonna definitely made the headlines by wearing the most hideous and inappropriate outfit at the Grammys this year. I can't believe she even wore this!

It's not one bit flattering on her and looks so trashy. I don't even want to discuss the back of this dress. Madonna clearly has no shame.

 Miley Cyrus

I personally didn't like Miley's dress. I don't really like the cut-outs in the dress. It think it made the look a bit trashy. If the dress had less cut-outs it would be nicer. However, Miley's makeup was very simple and pretty.

 Rita Ora

The only thing I didn't like about Rita Ora's look was the dress. Which is such a shame because I thought her makeup and hair was one of the nicest of the night. Her face looked stunning.

The dress was such a let down for me, it reminded me of tinfoil to be honest. I feel like the trail was too long making it look like a puddle of fabric at her feet. The dress didn't flatter  her amazing body and was a bit tacky.
